Elixir: The complete CFMA

Elixir contains everything you require from an administrative application and much more. This complete CFMA integrates all you need to run an efficient practice.

Elixir is developed with Delphi 6, a Borland Pascal compiler for the Windows environment. The Linux client development is achieved using Kylix (Borland Pascal for Linux compiler). Various other development systems (Java/MS Embedded Visual Development) are deployed for portable device access.

Elixir uses the Firebird SQL database server for data management. Firebird is an ANSI-SQL compliant database server offering required reliability and stability and transactional integrity. Firebird can be run on MS Windows or Linux servers ensuring cheaper upgrade costs. Elixir's support architecture also allows for automated upgrade functionality through executable patches as well as remote desktop management.

Elixir is the complete offline solution. Through scalability it allows for data synchronisation thus allowing you to work from any remote site. You will be able to keep a copy of your practice at home and to have the same data at all the sites where you might consult. Through scalability you are also able to centralise administrative functions at no or very little costs as it can all be done offline. All in all - your information is portable.

The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) offers complete medical and clinical patient history in an electronic format. Because of scalability the EMR is interchangeable between service providers. Med-e-Mass offers a free EMR viewer which can be set up for all colleagues via the Med-e-Mass Web site.
